On vacation days:

Der Hort ist grundsätzlich ganzjährig, sowohl während der Schulzeit als auch in der Ferienzeit von Montag bis Freitag geöffnet. Zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Feiertagen und den Wochenenden hat der Kinderhort an maximal 30 Tagen im Jahr geschlossen.

Schließtage Tintenklecks 2024

Unser kommunaler Kinderhort zog im Januar 2015 in die Räumlichkeiten neben der ehemaligen Maximilian-Kolbe-Schule. In den zwei Hortgruppen Rasselbande und Wirbelwind können derzeit bis zu 50 Schulkinder der 1. bis 4. Klasse betreut werden.

• Use of the gymnasium

Outdoor play areas

• Playground with climbing wall, nest swing, slope slide, standing seesaw, sandpit, trampoline, "camel ride" balancing pole 
• Shared use of the football pitch, basketball and volleyball court             
• Terrace with seating area and awning

Our educational goals

According to the 8th German Social Code, every child has a right to education. Our after-school care center must and wants to fulfill this right in a special way. Our task includes the care, education and upbringing of the child. The "Tintenklecks" after-school care center is a state-approved facility that supports and supplements the family.

By educating children to become independent and responsible people, in which each individual is accepted and respected regardless of their performance, it is possible to create a place of security. We try to convey values and orientation to children of different cultures, ages and genders. Tolerance, love and recognition are just as important to us as adherence to and acceptance of fixed rules and structures in the daily routine. An important part of after-school care is the completion of homework. It is important to us to encourage joy and curiosity in learning. Sufficient time for musical and aesthetic education, for creativity and the promotion of physical exercise complement our concept.

"Everyone is a part of the whole" and contributes with their skills, interests and talents to making our after-school care center an indispensable component of our social and educational system.

Daily routine (during school hours)

11:40 a.m. Arrival of the pupils at the after-school care center and "free play"
13:15 Lunch together
14:15 Playtime outdoors or in the group room in bad weather 
14:45 Homework time
16:00 Free play time, craft activities or start of pick-up time
17:00 End of opening hours 

Homework supervision is of central importance to us. First and foremost, we try to encourage the children to work independently; if difficulties arise, we support them and provide assistance. By working closely with the schools and parents, we are able to support the children individually with their school requirements.

There is no homework supervision in our facility on Fridays.

During the school vacations, we offer the children a varied program. For example:

• Harvesting potatoes / fruit
• Bowling, library visits
• Hikes to the Kobel and the Maidbronn fish ponds
• Museums in Rimpar and Würzburg
• Water playground in Güntersleben
• Trip to Sommerhausen in the wildlife park
• Bus trips e.g. to Tripsdrill, Thurn Castle, Zoo
• Visits to museums around Würzburg
• Art and music projects

Das Hortteam besteht aus:

• Kinderpflegerinnen
• Erasmus-Praktikanten
• ggfs. Berufspraktikanten in der pädagogischen Ausbildung

Erasmus program:

Our Tintenklecks after-school care center participates in the Erasmus program. We have received certification from the European Union for this. Young volunteers from EU countries work in both the youth center and the after-school care center. For our children, this means raising their awareness of people from other cultures and their national languages. Of course, we only accept interns with a B1 degree in German. Through this program, we are also fulfilling a cornerstone of our concept (intercultural relations/peace education).

Der Kinderhort ist ein kostenpflichtiges Betreuungsangebot des Marktes Rimpar.

Die Höhe der Kosten ist abhängig vom Nutzungsumfang und kann in der jeweils gültigen Gebührensatzung eingesehen werden.
